I've always loved creating, and baking became one of the ways I get to do that with my hands. What started as trying new recipes at home and bringing desserts to gatherings turned into something I couldn't ignore. I genuinely love making things that people enjoy.

Sweetery 27 is really just about a girl who loves her sweets. Growing up in a highly processed world, homemade will always win. We're not your Walmart cake. You deserve better ingredients and a better experience. That's exactly where we come in.

We also love to experiment. Cake flavor combos are what drive this whole thing, and when you have a crazy idea that no other bakery will touch? We got you. Even if we've never made it before.

One thing we do take seriously is the finish. Our cakes are clean, elegant, and polished on the outside because we don't need to try to stand out at your event. Trust that we will. The real standout moment is going to be in your mouth.
